The SPIRIT 1.0 features a transmission-free, improved engine design. Thanks to the high-quality brushless DC motor with a max. Efficiency of 90%, the SPIRIT 1.0 achieves an overall efficiency of more than 50%. The engine is maintenance-free and is comparable in thrust to a 3 HP petrol outboard.

Designed for dinghies, tender-, inflatable boats and sailing yachts up to 1500 kg, Spirit 1.0 is comparable in thrust to a 3 HP gasoline outboard.
The lithium polymer battery mounted in the head of the engine and removable for charging, offers a 2 times longer battery life than many other electric motors.
The engine is very quiet (only 60dB maximum), safe in handling and if the battery falls by mistake in the water, it floats! To transport the engine, the battery is removed and the tiller folded down.
An integrated on-board computer shows the state of charge of the battery. A regular service is not required!
Spirit 1.0 is available with two different shaft lengths.
